We stayed at Sofo to watch the NHL Global series. The hotel was in a great location central to public transport, the Avicci area and local shopping. The room was very clean and we were suprised at how warm it was despite the cold weather! Provided everything we needed, the only thing I would add is more pillows. Would definitely recommend for someone travelling to watch something at Avicii arena or on a ciry break to Stockholm.

Cheap basement hotel, ok to crash for a night

Very modest budget hotel, windowless rooms in a basement. Ok location in nice neighborhood near metro (tunnelbana), shops, restaurants. If just looking for a cheap place to crash, it's ok. If looking for a wonderful vacation hotel experience, maybe not.

Very mediocre place, when I came into the room my bed was already occupied by a Silverfish. I felt a bit lonely so he made a good companion but I guess it is not for everyone. I honestly thought I booked a room at the NOFO but must have clicked wrong and booked at the SOFO and when I realized I felt like a MOFO 1/5 Silverfish, would notbook again

I didn’t realise the the rooms are below ground level and subsequently don’t have any windows, my small room felt like a prison cell. Also I was woken up a few times in the early hours of the morning by noisy residents returning from a night out. There is no noise insulation.

Först var det faktiskt lite svÄrt att hitta hotellet eftersom entréen var sÄ oansenlig, bara en sliten röd markis med hotellets namn pÄ. LÀget Àr dock bra pÄ Söder med nÀrhet till butiker och restauranger. AnmÀrkningsvÀrt var dock att nÀr jag kom dit kl. 13:55 var ytterdörren lÄst och det stod en annan tjej och vÀntade med sin vÀska. Vi fick ringa flera gÄnger till ett mobilnummer som satt pÄ lapp vid dörren innan nÄgon kom och öppnade, vilket kÀndes knepigt mitt pÄ dagen (incheckningstiden var kl. 14). Personalen var iaf vÀnlig och gav tips pÄ lunchrestaurang i nÀrheten nÀr vi frÄgade. Jag hade bokat ett enkelrum som var mycket litet och enkelt, inte ens en matta pÄ golvet, men det kÀndes rent. NÀr jag kom tillbaka till rummet efter teatern pÄ kvÀllen upptÀckte jag att det var mycket kallt pÄ rummet, nÄgot jag inte hade tÀnkt pÄ vid incheckningen. Det stod ett pyttelitet element pÄ bordet, vilket var pÄslaget med en termostat, sÄ under natten slogs det pÄ och av. Men det fick inte upp vÀrmen i rummet och det fanns ingen personal i receptionen efter 22. Jag fick lov att sova med stickad tröja och strumpor för att det var sÄ kallt. SÀngen var ÀndÄ helt ok. Badrummet litet, man kunde knappt tvÀtta sig i handfatet utan att skvÀtta ner hela golvet.

Det var vÀldigt kallt pÄ rummet, fick lÄna ett litet vÀrme element som hjÀlpte lite grann, men trots det sov jag med vinterjackan pÄ. LÀget Àr vÀldigt bra, nÀra det/dem jag skulle besöka. NÄgra ur personalen var trevliga, men nÄgra andra var riktigt trÄkiga i sitt bemötande.
