Clean rooms however rooms are very chilly and didn’t seem to warm up even when heating turned up. Breakfast not included in price if you book via third party. Some of the receptionists were not very nice and helpful

Perfection!

I booked this stay after leaving the awful initial place I had booked. This hotel is absolutely wonderful: the rooms are perfect (with aircon), spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Even more than this, the staff are fantastic! Everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful, always with a smile. There is a coffee shop and supermarket next door and the tram stops right outside the door. It’s about 20 minutes to the touristy area (one metro train and one tram for one stop). I have already recommended this hotel to friends traveling to Stockholm and I will definitely stay there again.
