The Elite Palace turned out to be a perfect choice for our trip to Stockholm in February and we will definitely stay there for future trips. Location is perfect because it`s on the flybussana route from Arlanda Airport (30 mins) and also just a few T-Bana stops from central Stockholm. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are spotless and well-equipped (Deluxe is worth the bit extra), breakfast buffet is amazing!

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at the Elite Palace Hotel in Stockholm. This hotel is a good 20-30 minute walk from the centre but this adds to the quiet location out of the city busy-ness. Our room was fantastic, newly refurbished, wonderful view of the square and very spacious with a fantastic wet room. It was my partner's 40th birthday and the hotel team kindly wrote a card and put in the room along with some delicious Swedish toffees and a red rose, such a lovely little touch! We stayed on a B&B basis and the breakfast was great. Fantastic selection of continental meats and cheeses, pastries, wonderful breads as well as cereals, fruit juices and a full cooked breakfast selection too! Really spoilt for choice!! All the hotel staff were so welcoming and friendly and we have returned home wanting to go back very soon. Thank you Elite Palace Hotel.

This was a really nice hotel, spacious and clean rooms and a really nice breakfast buffet. The location is good, very near Karolinska institutet and a nice 30 min walk to the city centre. Lots of restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby.

Unbelievable but they really put me in a room without windows!! It could be a nice hotel and perhaps if you are lucky you also get a room with a window but I find it totally unacceptable to rent this out to any guest. My room was 709 with fake curtains, feeling like in a bunker, big disappointment...

Friendly and helpfull staff. Street side is noisy. Better glass or heating -> my room was cold. Brought extra heater. Ventilation in bathroom couldn't be turned off at night -> noise. Great breakfast!

A great place to stay for both leisure and business. I will book again. This is an impressive hotel and much larger than it seems. The service is professional and staff helpful and friendly. I stayed on business location good with plenty of amenities close by.

This was the hotel chosen by our meeting organizer. It was quite convenient to the airport bus stop, Hagaparken, and our meeting location in Vasastan. We arrived on a Sunday evening and were warmly greeted at the reception area. While checking us in, the clerk offered suggestions of where we could find dinner, mentioning a few places nearby. I'd booked a room with a window, and we did have 2 large windows that viewed the main street. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a true large bed (not just 2 pushed together), a sofa, desk, and wardrobe. The curtains were sufficiently thick to block the light and most of the noise from the street. The bathroom had a tub, and a pitiful 1/3 glass to stop the water from soaking the sink. We, of course, ended up soaking the bathroom no matter how hard we tried to keep the water in the tub. Breakfast was off the lobby. Some mornings required us to use our keycard to access and some the doors were wide open. Breakfast was a nice spread of breads, yogurt and cereal, hot items, cold items, fruit, juices, coffee, and tea. My one complaint was no decaf anything. The wifi worked well for me, never dropped. It was easy for us to leave our luggage for the day, and we were given claim check tags.

The rooms were neat, tidy, and spacious - make sure you ask for a room with a shower. Breakfast was great with a variety of options. Unfortunately the location isn't central, however there are metro stations close by to take you anywhere within stockholm, and a Flygbussarna airport bus stop just 3 mins away.

We stayed here before an early flight for one night. The proximity to the airport shuttle bus is convenient and the staff were very nice. Since we had to leave very early, the staff prepared a take-away breakfast bag, which was very thoughtful. However the hotel itself is quite average (not a four-star, in my opinion). The room decor is spartan, even by Scandinavian standards, and even looked a bit cheap. The first room we were put in was dirty--there was what appeared to be body lotion smeared on the desk and mud and makeup on the chairs--and the bedside lamps didn't work. The staff quickly upgraded us to a nicer (clean) room and were very apologetic, but the experience left a poor impression. All in all, it's not a bad hotel, but probably not someplace I would stay again given the range of other hotels in the same price bracket.

The hotel itself has a sort off modern design. The deluxe double room was ok. I was expecting better but it was good enough. Cleanliness though could be improved. The toilet didn't look like it had been properly cleaned for days. I had to check out early cause of my flight and ordered for early breakfast. They packed a on the go box for me which was greatly appreciated. Great location for those wanting to catch the bus to the airport. The stop is only 2 mins away. There's also great restaurants nearby.
