We love the hotel and the staff. The buffet breakfast is amazing!!! All of the Christmas decorations- multiple Christmas trees included tasteful and delightful. The gentleman that checked us in was New to the elite hotel staff and said it was one of the best hotels he’s ever worked at.. the on-site Italian restaurant was delicious and I love that there is a pub right there too for some fish do And meatballs. Awesome place look forward to next Christmas with you.

Very nice large room with comfortable beds and a fresh clean bathroom. Drinks making facilities and decent toiletries in large bottles. The batteries had died in the tv remote and when I swapped them around to get it working I discovered there were no channels broadcasting in English- would be good to have at least one.
