Excellent stay at this hotel. Stayed for three nights while visiting for tourism. Pros: - The hotel staff are excellent at their jobs. Very professional, quick with requests, and friendly. - Room service was fast and worth the price for a large Swedish style breakfast tray. - Next door to the main train station which makes for easy transit for people with a lot of luggage. Also, the train station area is not sketchy or unsafe like areas around train stations in other world cities. I'm a single woman and never felt unsafe returning alone at night. - My room on the 11th floor had an amazing view of Stockholm. Request a room facing the city if possible. - Room was very clean and comfortable. Quite large for European hotel rooms. - Bartender in the hotel bar makes a great nightcap. Cons: - The immediate neighborhood has nothing to offer in terms of charm or places to eat. However, it's a brief 10 minute walk to lots of tourist attractions and good restaurants.
