Hotel is in a great location facing a narrow walking street filled with shops & restaurants. Walking distance to Old Town. Hotel has nice ambience...comfortable beds, coffee maker, felt safe.

Very clean room. Just needed to be careful with the beams in the sloped ceiling (single rooms in the top floor). Good breakfast and great location. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Pro: good location, right at busy pedestrian street. walking distance to famous sites: Royal Palace, City Hall, Old town, Nobel Museum.... minor taxi fare to Central train/bus station. decent breakfast. Con: Front door-steps cause difficulties carrying luggage to check-in counters. No central heating in late September.

Very nice clean modern hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast in an unique location in the building. Only negative is if you have a room on the street side it is very loud in the night.

The room was small but clean, brand new bathroom fixtures were nice. The wireless was weak- first clue that they have two accounts with two passwords. Location was perfect for us- walked to all the major sites we wanted to see in Stockholm over our 4 day stay. Breakfast buffet was good- crepes and bread being the best, particularly on the days when nutella and a toaster were available, which were not always. The staff was very helpful and polite- night clerk walked me outside to point out a store I was looking for.

Location is excellent. Rooms are somewhat small but adequate for a few day stay. The staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient, beyond expectation.

I stayed in Stockholm for a long weekend. I wanted to shop and experiience the local vibe. The hotel is within walking distance of the Arland Express and at the end of a main shopping area (two of the big department stores). The room was simple but had everything required. The staff were friendly and helpful. The best was the breakfast and supper meals were included in the price and the wifi. The food was simple, but with the expensive food in Stockholm it was perfect. I will be back.

The Bentley is a nice Hotel situated in the city center. Located along one of the most popular shopping streets, you can easily work and play from there The hotel is clean,.comfortable and a pleasant staff easily ranks it as a four star hotel. I recommend it as a place to stay while in Stockholm.

Only thing is location but bathroom no separation from toilet so completely wet

The room was tiny - not enough room to open two suitcases simultaneously. The pillows measured 15 inches square - not an inch to spare. No oxygen in the room (had to have a space fan on high the entire stay) or in the common spaces - guests sat there like they were goldfish gasping for air. The bathroom shelf - made of glass - was about to fall off the wall. We stayed in nine hotels in our two week Scandinavian sojourne - this was the only one not to offer smoked salmon at breakfast. To top it off, the toilet paper was the quality experienced in Eastern Europe 40 years ago - cheap and like sandpaper.

The hotel is very quite, clean and great location to deslocate inside the city. However, if it have water to drink, shampoo, and toothpaste inside the room will be better. The hotel do not give to you invoice, if you buy through travel agency.

The Bentley hotel, stockholm. The location was the only accurate piece of info about this property. Front entrance was shabby and a good 10 steps to the elevator. Our romm was on first floor, halls extremely banged up and needed painting. Carpets were dirty and needed shampooing. Romm size not bad but again needed painting. bath was remolded andclean but shower leaked, beddingwas clean. The reception area looked like a remolded closet, However breakfast room was very nice. Definitely would not recommend.
