The resort was perfect for my family and I. Starting from welcoming us with a cold beverage and rag. The check-in and check-out process were seamless. Everyone at the resort were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this resort.

Incredible experience. Rooms are a bit dated but still very nice and perfectly clean. Resort overall was wonderful. Food was great, a wide range of drinks were available, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Lots of seaweed on the beach/in the water so its unswimmable - at least in the summer - but there are pools all over the resort, and there is a short shuttle ride to a beach on the east side of the island with clear water. Would recommend this to anyone and would definitely return. Stayed here with our 18-16-14 year old kids and they loved it.

Great Hospitality. Donnage checked me in and she was great for the entire stay. Amanda and Angel were helping with my room as well. The property is well kept. No problems all week. Food was good and drinks always flowing. Great place to travel to !

I highly recommend this resort. However, just know when you go that there is no beach/ocean to be enjoyed on the property. It is loaded with seaweed which the resort is very transparent about. It just comes with the deal. We otherwise had a phenomenal stay. Would def come back.

I liked the fact that it was all inclusive. The food and drinks were delicious. I did not like the room. It was for the disabled and required a lot of clean up as there was no shower curtain or door. The sink was too low and hurt your back.

Our family had an amazing trip to Coconut Bay. There were no issues accommodating our party of 8 in the restaurants and there was plenty of space at the pool for us to all stay other. Transfer to and from the airport was seamless. The staff was so friendly with my two little nephews and really enhanced our experience as a family. The oceanfront massages were like nothing I have ever experienced before and I highly recommend them. I would absolutely return to Coconut Bay.

The facility and staff were great. The beach was unusable, the seaweed invaded the beach. The food was great. Besides the beach my issue is that you are only allowed to make one reservation per restaurant for the evening and there were only 4 restaurants (not counting adults only restaurant and the restaurant you have to pay additional for). They say to can go and see if there is a cancellation, but you could wait over an hour to be seated.

One of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at! The food at the dinner restaurants was exceptional. I ate lunch from The Jerk treehouse near the pool everyday—it serves authentic jerk chicken, and other jerk meats, with rice and peas and plantains.The drinks are very well made throughout the resort and the staff is incredible; they are very kind and hospitable. I highly recommend this resort as it offers get service and won’t disappoint.

I’m not giving this resort a 5 star rating because I’m comparing it to other all inclusive resorts I’ve been to. I’d like to say that the transportation offered by the resort is great, as soon as we exited the airport we were able to find the coconut bay stand where they took our name and we were taken to the resort within five minutes and we arrived at the resort in less than five minutes. When we entered the property you can already start to see the resort is a little run down. We were greeted with drinks which was very nice. The check-in was fast and easy and we were given our room right away. The room was nice and spacious, although the bathroom was small. They offer the family side of adults only, we stayed on the family side. I really expected an amazing ocean view but you mostly get the view of the pool from where I stayed at. I was disappointed and felt that what I saw on the pictures was not the same, I felt like the property is small. Once we stepped outside once again I felt like the property needs to be renovated. The pools are only 3 feet 6 inches even in the adult side. We found one pool that was 4 feet deep by the lazy river but it was a tiny pool. I also feel like the swim up bar should be cleaned up, it smelled horrible. Lastly, St Lucia’s pitons was a beautiful experience to see but I’d recommend going when it’s not hurricane season so you can get the most of it.

The rooms were outdated, bathroom shower does not work properly and toilets flushes continuously. They don’t give bottle sodas to rooms also you have to ask for water they don’t replenish unless asked. Beach was filled with seaweed then the truck they were using to clean it up exhaust smoke was coming up to pool area making it very hard to breathe. I would not recommend this hotel
