It was a great stay, comfortable and cozy in the apartment. Neighborhood is a little rough at night but if you know the area and are smart not an issue at all. Did not feel unsafe

Well maintained studio in a great location. Comfortable, clean and with everything I needed for a fantastic visit. Host responded quickly to questions! Will definitely try to book this unit in the future if available.

A great place to stay

This apartment was wonderful! It is right on grand street which can be a bit busy, but also within walking distance of multiple restaurants and Tower Grove park. There are quite a few stairs to the apartment, so if you have any mobility issues this might not be the best place to stay. But overall a great place

Amazing!

I had such a wonderful stay here. The place was beautiful and was exactly what is advertised. When I needed help, they had some over at the place within a few hours. I loved this place so much that I have already booked my next stay here! An absolutely amazing experience. 11 out of 10 !

Cute Unit In Walkable Neighborhood

The unit was wonderful! Nice, studio-esque design that's walking distance to a lot of really cool restaurants. We had no issues locating street parking in front of the building, and we stayed over the weekend. About 10 minutes away from the Arch and City Museum, and about 30 minutes away from Six Flags. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again! The neighborhood was wonderful, and we felt safe walking around.

Tower grove stay

I stayed for a few weeks when I extended my contract at the hospital. This is a great location close to all the hospitals, however, the townhome is on the end of the street next to a run down gas station. In the evening you can hear men/women hanging out at the gas station when you’re in the bathroom of the Vrbo. You need to be aware of your surroundings when leaving and entering the building as it is shared with other residents and is a very busy street. The host communicated very well and the place is as it looks in the pictures.

Not great

Property entrance smelled of extreme BO to the point of being nauseating. Shower was rusty and moldy. Owners ga e access to the unit to a random building tenant who unlocked the door and tried to enter at 1am terrifying my wife. This property has no secondary lock on the door so you are at the whims of management to let strangers into the rental. I do not recommend this property as you will not have the exclusive access mentioned in the listing.
