It is a home where you can have your own fire pit outside, watch the deers, relax and listen to nature tucked away in the southern side of the city of Springfield.
10 min from international restaurants, hospitals , shopping centers, university, everything the city offers as well.
This home is in a very safe neighborhood, The space is very cozy with a large kitchen, with all what you need, two bedrooms and two cozy living rooms, is perfect if you are coming to work, visit family or on vacation.
In winter time you can cuddle up with your loved ones by the fireplace.
This house sits on one acre, the private entrance is behind the main house. You have everything you need including your own washer and dryer.
Half an hour from Branson and just minutes away a from Bass Pro, hospitals, universities, mall, restaurants and maybe two minutes from spectacular sunsets by Springfield lake.
Is a beautiful Oasis, where you can watch the deers early in the morning, turkeys, squirrels running around, we just add a fire pit in the back of the garden, a hammock by the tree for those special afternoons, there is a grill too, for those special meals, The Kitchen has everything that you might need, with a brand new oven! Is a very special place.

My teens and I stayed for a week during our annual homeschool basketball tournament. Property is located in the half basement of the homeowner. Plenty of natural light, except in one of the bedrooms it stayed so dark that I woke up late the first morning. lol *Communication with Sarah and Magdala was excellent. *Comfortably clean, not squeaky. Comfortable, inviting atmosphere, not modern and sleek. *Location is quiet and scenic, midway between Springfield and Ozark, off of 65. Lambert’s restaurant is only a few exits away, if that far. I found this rental to be relaxing during the hectic week of basketball, with easy access to 65, and therefore to any of the gyms located all around Springfield. I enjoyed the stay.
