Check in was quick and friendly. Got to my room and the TV didn't work. Staff did address by changing my room. Would've appreciated some recognition for inconvenience. Also, would've appreciated knowing that the only clean your room every OTHER day. Ridiculous.

Spotless room - all brand new. Excellent facilities. Ideal for working. Comfortable bed. Very nice and personable staff. Breakfast so-so - cooked stuff has that precooked appearance and taste. But mostly good oatmeal with nuts and fruits etc, plus yoghurt. Wildwood Grill next door is excellent value if you want a break from cooking!

We normally rent homes but scheduled last minute, and none were available. I thought this room with a mini kitchen would be the next best thing. It was very clean and well designed — honestly we walked around and took note of how savvy someone was in considering what people would really need. It had a bedside clock with large numbers, a closet with lighting when the doors opened, a nice backboard for the bed, shelving in the shower, a little moveable table, shades that pulled down over the window, etc. The people checking us in were friendly and appreciated our humor! All in all, good!
