I was on the 1st floor and the noise from the room above was terrible. You could hear every step the upstairs guest took and everything that dropped on the floor sounded like an anvil. Floor structure is in adequate. If you stay here, ask for a 2nd floor room.

Entire facility smells. Stains on walls and fabric surfaces in room look like a bad crime scene clean up. Bugs on pillow cases. Breakfast should be taken at McDonalds.

Booked ahead because it was a weekend, but paid more than current rate

Breakfast selection was kind of slim, had to ask the clerk to get the waffle mix out.

The staff was very friendly thought it my visit. The hotel was also very quiet and clean. I had a good experience overall. The hotel is a bit outdated though. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and would stay there in the future if I return to Springfield.

Very mediocre. The rooms need renovation ASAP!! Very old and poorly maintained not very clean either!

We had a good experience. The place is on the cheaper side, but served our needs well. Easy to find and easy to get to the freeway.

I only needed a place to sleep for the weekend for a friend and myself. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were fine, it is obviously less space than normal. Breakfast was minimal. Typical thin hotel walls. Staff was nice. Had to wait for a bit for someone to come to front upon check in. But no big deal.

Clean rooms with nice bed and tv lots of channels to watch. Did not had any problems during my stay

It's fairly clean, although the owner's clearly spare no expense in being cheap. There are tube TV's in the rooms, need I say more?

Just needing a one night stay and I've stayed here before with my husband. Perfectly safe for staying on my own. Would stay here again, if the need arises.

I picked this hotel because it was close too where I was going to a wedding at. The room was clean, hotel looked nice. I would stay here again.

I was a little skeptical at first about this hotel. I needed to cancel a night and when I tried calling the hotel I was put on hold for more than 7 min. When I tried calling back, twice, no one answered making me pass the before 4pm cancel policy. I finally reached someone a few hours later and ended up saving on my stay for the additional days. When I arrived, the room was small and smelled funny but looked nice. A little body spray fixed that. Overall the room was pleasant and comfortable. The staff during the stay were very nice. Our room was cleaned everyday and fresh linens replaced daily. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has not been updated for a while. The TV had issues and the shower made an awful noise when water was running through it. Also we paid $50/night, but the sign on the microtel had less for their nightly stay like 43 per night or so. We only stayed a couple nights and were not in the room much so it was a fine stay overall.

Clean, decent cold breakfast selection, room next door was quite loud the second night, but that can happen anywhere, booked again for our return trip. The window seat was an unexpected bonus.

This is not a great motel, but it's not a bad value.

Fire alarm went off and no one really addressed the problem.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There was untrained staff at the desk, and during our stay the fire alarm went off and the workers corralled at the desk and blamed it on some kid. No safety checks were completed. Save your self some headache and spend the few extra dollars/

The only thing I particularly didn't like was I asked for a non-smoking room, which supposedly I got, but it still smelled like a smoking room that was poorly covered up. Cheap, though!

We were traveling with friends and stayed on different floors. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our friends room on the ground floor was clean and comfortable but they said the hotel had been flooded at sometime. The door showed signes of water damage. The breakfast was okay, but I would have liked more selection. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable.
