I booked a room that was supposed to accommodate 5 people. There was no pull out sofa available so they offered me blankets for my guests to sleep on the floor. The hotel was extremely dated and dirty. There were cigarette burns on the bathroom counter. After being there for 10 minutes, my guest and I left and they refused to grant a refund!

The beds were clean, and we slept well. The shower pressure was good, and the water was hot. The room’s walls were littered with random grossness. The curtain needed be replaced 5 years ago. The bath towels were not stocked for number of occupants. Room keys did not work. The smell from the air conditioner made it clear that the filter needed to be replaced and the unit cleaned. The outdoor pool had a ring of nasty several feet from water line. It needs to be drained, scrubbed and refilled. Go gross! We will never stay here again.

It was an overnight stay while traveling so wasn’t in the room for long. Overall it was nice, the lady at the front desk was really sweet and talked to me while the gentlemen went to go fix my room key b/c it was glitching.

Just not what I expected.

Wasn’t what we expecting.The room had a musty smell to it. Very basic room, only. Two towels for 3 travelers. Only one of the three key cards worked and it was very fickle. The breakfast was cold.! The only warm thing was the waffle I made. Took it back to room to use microwave and it either didn’t work or wasn’t plugged in. Just disappointed.

Was near the amc theater grocery store gas station etc super easy to get to where need to go. Rooms are ok it’s an older property. House keeping needs to do a better job though, bed skirts had dried dog poop or something on it
