Made reservation at last minute so arrived to a room that smelled like something burning. No TV and no electric on half the room. Hotel is old and in need of many upgrades. They came down to my room and offered me another room. It was okay nothing to rave about but needs upgrading tv was older and not to easy to work it would lag until I could change the channel every few seconds. Bed was quite hard and carpet was very worn as the furniture was also. Doors where worn and rough . Just needs good face lift to whole place as halls where dark and dingy. Not much hot water either as was in shower in morning and barely has warm water.

Hotel could use some updating, but it makes up for it for the most part. Pretty clean. If you can deal with the staff, the breakfast is ok. Not a bad place when on a budget.

It was a comfortable stay except the room I booked said 5 guests could sleep in the listing but it had only 2 queen beds and no sofa or pull out bed. That was little disappointing. Staff were friendly and I liked the way they assisted during breakfast.

Helpful staff, restful area , adequate breakfast and at a very affordable price

Great for the first night. Got a room on the second floor. Nice & guiet. Had a comfortable couch. We were still in town that evening so went back and reserved a room for another night. VERY disappointed! First floor, very noisy. The room was a totally different style. No couch, just a worn out recliner with a seat that bottomed out when you sat in it.

Good room, nice people, and fortunately was also inexpensive

The hotel was clean and quiet and decorated attractively! The staff was friendly and helpful! I would stay here again! Great experience!

Stayed overnight while going home. Room was clean, bed comfortable and nice amenities. Hotel is conveniently off hwy 65 and close to grocery & fast food. Very quiet.

Our stay was just overnight but room was comfortable and staff was terrific.

Very pleased with this location. Clean, up to date accommodations. I will stay here agin.

We had asked for one handicap room out of the 6 we reserved (reserved in March for July date) and was disappointed was not provided one and told none were available.

room was clean staff was good and price was reasonable

Furniture scratched up, toilet leaked and there was so much noise in the hall it was impossible to sleep.

We were here for less than 12 hours, just to sleep and get back on the road. The room was cleaned well and quiet. The breakfast in the morning was nice. They even have a woman there to make waffles and keep in cleaned up! She was very friendly and nice to our family. The only negative was I couldn't get the temperature in the room right, first too cold, then hot, then cold.

Nice enough place to stay for a short time. Breakfast was quite good with a good selection but the small breakfast room fills up fast so you might end up eating on the couch with your paper plate on your lap. Walls are paper-thin so you get to hear everyone walking or talking in the hallway all all hours of the day or night. A little frustrating when the "boxed wine" club staggers in at 3 AM when you have an early wake-up.

Check-in was easy! The king sized bed in my room was overly comfortable. I was surprised how comfortable the bed was. I would stay at this hotel again, great breakfast selection too.

Everything was great!! Other than I came to town for a funeral--- have stayed here before and probably will again!!!!

lacking on amenities but a good value for the cost. enjoyed Bass Pro and the Mall. nice area to visit.

I would only give this hotel one or possibly two stars. The bed frame was made with broken 2X10 lumber. The mattress was worn out and broke down. The room key did not work very well. The breakfast was not worth much. However the room was clean and the staff was cheerful and pleasant.

Nice location, pleasant employee, no elevator though.
