- No pets allowed. The HOA has a strict no pets policy and will demand boarding the pet to any local pet resort
- No visitors will be allowed by the front desk if a full house of 8 people already met (including kids or infants), and no parties, or large gatherings in the condo
- Must be at least 25 years old to book and check-in
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- NOTE: There is a mandatory daily resort fee that's included in the cleaning fee

Great stay at S Padre!

Very easy to rent and communication with the owner was superb. Family loved the decor of the condo and it was just as described. View from patio is awesome. We will rent this condo again next time we visit the island.
