I enjoyed my vacation I just didn’t like the fact that the resort entertainment closed early and the pools also closed early. Also the restaurants should all be opened everyday besides that everything else was amazing

I liked the numerous swimming pools scattered throughout the resort. I was happy with the restaurant selection although I would have liked a higher quality open air restaurant. I was disappointed that there is no beach volleyball on sight.

I had a great stay at the Yucatan resort, spending a total of five days there. The resort offered a wide range of activities, especially around the pool, which were a lot of fun and kept us entertained throughout. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The food was mostly excellent—particularly the Yucatan buffet, which stood out for its delicious three-course meals. However, I personally didn’t enjoy the food at La Bruschetta. Rodeo Grill, on the other hand, was quite good. The resort also provided free tours to Playa del Carmen and partnered with several tour providers for guided excursions, which were reasonably priced and easy to book. For our return to the airport, we used the resort’s in-house travel agent, which was convenient and hassle-free. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which wasn’t the most reliable. Other than that, everything else exceeded expectations. Highly recommend for a relaxing and activity-filled vacation!

Was a great place to stay the rooms were kind of dirty , shower drain had hair in it so it wouldn’t drain, there were hundreds of dead flies in the shower, the bathtub was dirty we didn’t even get to use it. one towel had blood on it, our fridge didn’t work it was creating heat rather then cooling down. No very much of a party resort, more of an older crowd and relaxation resort. There were ants beside our bed we had to call to get them taken care of.

This was the exact R&R that my daughter and I were looking to have over spring break. The staff was amazing, the food was great and the weather was unbeatable. The beach situation wasn't great, but we aren't beach people, so it didn't matter. The beach wasn't the fault of the property though, just the heavy winds brought in excessive seaweed. We will be back!

Everyone at this property made my stay worth coming back. They will take care of anything you need mostly transportation to and from once you arrive. I would provided some type of shuttle service from the Airport to the hotel. Make sure you include some type of pants and a tee/dress shirt a few restaurants don't allow pool wear and open toe shoes. Outside of that, I will stay here again.

It was a great stay all around from pulling up Javier was amazing, there were so may options from food and entertainment. Very clean and room was very nice and spacious. We did a massage and it was amazing. Drinks were great!!!! There was no issues what so ever. All of the staff was friendly and helpful if there were questions. We will visit the resort again and highly recommend to others.

The staff at this all-inclusive make a total difference in the experience. The group I traveled with has frequently been to other all-inclusives, and we agreed that this was they had the best staff here. From our time with the entertainment team to bartenders, servers to cleaning staff. Everyone was very friendly and we were able to get on a name-to-name basis with many.
