Liked the layout of the facility. Entertainment was lacking, with exception of the fire dancing, it was very lack luster. Staff seemed young and inexperienced not very friendly or outgoing. The buffet was poorly stocked. The other restaurants were difficult to make reservations. They had to be made the same day so no way to plan your week.

I went there for a girls trip (3 people) and we all had a fabulous time! The food options at the buffet were diverse and tasty! Blue Moon French restaurant was fantastic! Grounds were clean and so relaxing! The room air conditioner was making noise sol the handyman fixed it in a timely manner. By far, the best part of the trip was the entertainment team! Kenddell, Viridiana, Moises, Oswyn, Carlos, and Margharita did a phenomenal job keeping the activities fun! Kenndell you are so talented and kind! We miss doing aqua gym with you! We would definitely return because of that team!! Thank you for making our trip so special!

What a fabulous resort with the best staff! Loved the layout and all the restaurants. The food was amazing! Only recommendation is to provide more loungers as they are all reserved by 7 am and remain that way all day. Perhaps build an area behind the washrooms for More chairs?

We really enjoyed our week at this resort! Overall our experience exceeded our expectations. The food is amazing and there’s a great selection of restaurants. The rooms and common areas are always clean. The experience team is the best I’ve seen at any resort. Our only complaint was that there aren’t enough chairs around the pool. And it’s very tough to reserve a chair. There’s definitely room for another layer of chairs.

Fantastic week at OMR. Room was updated and great entertainment. Strong winds all week caused the seaweed to be bad by end of week but the staff worked tirelessly to clear. Very impressed.

After reading several other reviews, we were semi-skeptical, but we can't seem to understand where all those reviews came from! From the beginning of our trip to the very end, everything was wonderful. We loved our room, the service, the pool, the food, the staff. The only issues we came across were that there weren't outlets by the bed, there wasn't an option for streaming services on the TV and there wasn't a great mirror situation for getting ready. All of those things were very easy to overcome and overlook considering the amazing other things you get at this property. We will definitely look into returning!

I'm not one to usually write negative reviews, but considering the time and expense that goes into planning a trip, I felt obligated to share my honest opinion. My goal is to provide helpful feedback for others, not to criticize excessively. My husband and I travel every three months, and we're not looking for luxury, just a comfortable and enjoyable experience.The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was okay but good at Blu Mone restaurant.I like to mentioned that my room was extremely clean. However, there were a few issues that prevented my stay from being perfect. The swimming pool area was disappointing. People were allowed to reserve towels for 24 hours, which meant that there were never available seets. Additionally, the pool and beache area was not well-maintained. During my stay, I also experienced a couple of days without hot water in the shower Although the staff did eventually fix the issue, it was frustrating that it happened in the first place.Finally, I was disturbed to find cockroaches in the fridge. I hope that the hotel will take steps to address these issues and provide a better experience for future guests in room 1001 Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff.If you like drinks be careful drinks are very sweet beer is not so cold.Also I would not recomand this hotel for younger travelers.
