Friendliness and Service of staff was extraordinary. Location is perfect for a great variety of trips by MRT or walking.
Staff was friendly. However, there was a mustiness smell that was unappealing. Room smaller than expected and gave me a feeling of claustrophobia that I immediately booked a room at another hotel. Felt uncomfortable in that place.

Amoy is located on the edge of the financial district and china town. It is very conveniently located across from a MRT station entrance making it easy to jump on the train and go anywhere in Singapore. The breakfast option at Dean and Deluca was also fantastic. They only just switched from their original breakfast offering the first morning we were there.

I visited the AMOY Hotel at the end of October and had a wonderful time. It is located next to the Metro Station which makes moving in Singapore a delight and the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. I particularly liked the fusion of a practical and well thought modern design combined with the old stile characteristics of an ancient Chinese heritage site. I would definitely recommend it.
