THE SPACE:
Centrally located to the city. 5-10 minute drive to Beach, Hotels, Chamorro Village, Shopping, Restaurants, Shops and More! Agana Shopping Center, Payless and Jude Church only 200 meters away. Newly renovated and fully furnished! It is just what you need to make yourself at home on the beautiful island.

This condo unit includes free cable television, wireless internet, and a phone that operates for free local calls. The kitchen is also fully stocked with amenities, including a washer & dryer, stove and oven, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, and the essentials to prepare a delicious home cooked meal.

Shampoo, body wash, soap and towels are also provided upon check-in.

***PICTURE ID IS REQUIRED FOR EACH GUEST OVER THE AGE OF 18. WHOMEVER IS BOOKING MUST ALSO SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT.***

GUEST ACCESS:
The unit comes fully furnished with toiletries: one queen bed and one full bed, face/ body towels. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, night stand with lights, hairdryer, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hangers.

GETTING AROUND:
A rental car is the most ideal as you will have at least 2 parking spaces and driving distances on Guam are very short. Average driving time to most destinations is only 5-10 minutes. A drive around the Island can be done without stops in less than an hour!

Accessible and clean

This particular property is accessible to a lot of things: Payless grocery was just walking distance; if you don't have a car, there are 2 bus stops (same route/line) near it. One of their main stops/terminals is a 27-30min walk. The park to the area; post office, mayor's office, public library and a small mall with a Ross store is also within walking distance. The place itself is clean and very spacious. The kitchen has microwave, toaster, coffee maker and range stove with oven to make meals which we enjoyed. Ms. Dina and Ms. Queen were very helpful; quick check-in and out as well. Will definitely recommend this property

Home away from home

Location: The place is very close to Payless, so shopping for food is very easy and accessible if planning to make home cook meals. Getting around: if you’re not renting a car, the property is close to 2 red line bus stops. A walk to the bus terminal too to catch the other bus lines. The property: very clean and spacious. The property has a kitchen with most of the basics that you’ll need to cook. The others that made the review about the chickens/roosters, apparently they’re everywhere lol (except in the tourist areas i guess). If other places have stray cats/dogs, it seems they have a lot of stray chickens? Lol Dina and Queen were most helpful when we need assistance and very responsive. I highly recommend staying at their properties.

Our first experience with Vrbo. The exterior of property is nothing like the interior so don’t be put off on first impression. Pictures are accurate in property interior details. Looks recently renovated. Very roomy with A/C in each room. Any complaints I have are with Very Reluctant Boarding Option no-refund policy for any act of god issue that prevents one from using the facility. If forced to use Vrbo again will only book one night then extend upon arrival which is a little risky but some insurance is better than none. Property Manager was slow to respond to Vrbo app messages but this was post Super Typhoon Mawar. Once I called she responded quickly and we had a short but good stay considering Guam was wrecked by a Super Typhoon.
