"Lovely reception staff, friendly, helpful, asked questions to then recommend things to me proactively-the people do make the difference & they’re doing it right here!
Room was very nice-soft bedding & very comfortable bed, great shower, nice looking bath if I’d been staying longer. A few errant hairs from previous occupants but in good condition & very clean otherwise-I’m not annoyed in any way-hairs do happen on cleaning cloths etc-I had no doubt this room had been very well cleaned.
Great for loads of local shops & restaurants & right next to principality stadium-I’ve now got a hotel I will look forward to staying in whenever I’m in Cardiff. "
