Room ok, but dated. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Grand entrance. So close to Cardiff city centre amenities. They need to be explicit about no parking on site and make discounted alternative arrangements eg Cardiff arms park car park for guests. Arrival was stressful re parking abd unloading .. not even a drop off zone.

Room poor, window woodwork flaking. In need of some filler and paint at the least. Furniture dated and worn. Lift not working. Hotel needs an upgrade. £151:19 for one night. We won’t be back. Best thing about the hotel is the location

Staff lovely. Lifts didnt work. Rooms were too hot with no air conditioning to ease it! Light switches took a while to figure out didn't turn on by the door but worked out the switch by the made it work.
