When I originally checked in, it took over an hour which caused an inconvenience in my plans. I understand there will only two people at the desk but they should've had better staffing due to the great reputation and the rooms being sold out. However the room they placed me in was a mess and just terrible all around. I requested a new room in which they did place me in a better suite but just another inconvenience. Other than that my stay was great and I would come again.

A nice hotel to stay for your visit

Had a blip when we went to check-in. Room wasn't ready, we had tried to checkin early. Was told they would text us when the room was ready. They did not let us know. We called down at 6:00 p.m. and was told our room was ready. Room we were given had a broken closet and when I tried to use the phone in the room, it wouldn't work. I went down to the lobby desk and asked for a different room. We received one and it was much better. The rest of the stay was fine. Beautiful room, spacious with nice amenities. I would suggest the hotel include instruction manuals for operating the dishwasher and oven. Not everyone is familar with convection ovens or the type of dishwasher in the room. We would stay here again.

We booked a one bedroom suite and the Level put use in a studio. The Level staff were not helpful and did not correct the room they left us in the Studio suite. We are very disappointed in the service considering that we paid for a one bedroom suite and was put in a studio suite with no other options.

Booked a 2 bedroom for 5 people. Second “bedroom” was a closet with a bed in it, no room to walk on any side of the bed, no window, and no closet, with a closet door to separate from hallway. No additional bedding for sofa, only 2 towels. Staff was not helpful and has been unresponsive.

Stayed at Level several times and love it but the property (particularly guest rooms) are starting to seem like they need some maintenance / fixes from usage. I also do not recommend paying for any of the upgraded rooms offering an “office” which was a sliding wall in the bedroom or this time a second bedroom which was a bed wedged into a room with no table, shelf, closet or any space other than a large bed with a broken sliding door in front. The amenities are fantastic otherwise and the concept is great. Just hoping they improve the maintenance and either detail what the room upgrades actually are or charge considerably less for them.
