The Property:

A private garden-courtyard view greets you at Sophari Isle D, a thoughtfully laid-out 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on Mercer Island. The 913-square-foot unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, an ensuite primary bathroom with a soaking bathtub, and a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Standout in-unit features include a full-size washer and dryer, air conditioning, a smart TV, and reliable Wi-Fi throughout.



Sleeping Arrangements:

Two queen beds, one in the primary bedroom and one in the second bedroom, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room, with 6 guests as maximum occupancy.



Building Amenities:

Elevator access, fitness center. Amenity access is limited to guests listed on the reservation.



Check-In:

Sophari Isle D offers self check-in, with no front desk or on-site staff. Guests must complete the Guest Verification Form provided at booking, after which access instructions are sent a few days before arrival. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM.



Key and Fob Replacement:

Lost fob/key replacement: $200 per fob, $50 per key, plus a $50 fee if not reported promptly.



Neighborhood:

Sophari Isle sits on Mercer Island, Washington, roughly 0.25 miles from the Mercer Island light rail station and 0.3 miles from a QFC grocery store. The location suits business travelers commuting into Seattle or Bellevue, as well as families or extended-stay guests who want an island setting close to transit.



Transportation:

The Mercer Island light rail station is approximately 0.25 miles away, offering direct rail service into downtown Seattle and Bellevue. Interstate 90 is accessible about 0.35 miles from the building, providing a quick drive in either direction across Lake Washington.



Parking Information:

* Parking is not included in the nightly room rate. On-site parking is available for $35 USD per day on a first-come, first-served basis, with discounted rates offered for extended stays.

* Guests who booked parking receive two fobs: one for the garage gate and one for building amenities (elevator, gym, leasing office).

* Spaces are compact-car sized, larger vehicles and second cars are accommodated based on availability.

* Should on-site space be unavailable or unsuitable for your vehicle, alternative parking options include nearby street parking.

* Ticketing and Towing: If you park in an unauthorized space and receive a ticket or your vehicle is towed, we are not responsible for any associated bills or retrieval coordination, and you must pay them in a timely manner.
