The only concern was the squeaking noise coming from the drawers connected to the refrigerator. Everything was a 10 besides that.

The facility is perfect for someone looking to do a lot of activities without leaving the property. I appreciate the care taken to make the outside appearance impeccable, however, the incessant use of the leaf blower (morning to night, almost non-stop) was beyond ridiculous. I wanted to open up my balcony door many times but decided not to because of the noise and the exhaust from the blower. The staff was 3/5, they could have been friendlier and welcoming. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The robes provided were perfect- I'm a petite woman and one of them fit me perfectly, which never happens. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was nice- it was located just off the front lobby, and you need your key card to get in. I was told that fitness members sometimes try to wander in and that's why you need your key to get in. The offerings were good enough- bagels, pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, juices, and coffee. I visited two of the restaurants and the food and drinks were good.

Great hotel. I don’t say that easily. I have been a frequent Bellevue traveler for many years. I’ve stayed in most of the well-known hotels over the years. However, this is going to be my main stay for the future. Staffs were nice and the spaciousness of the property is just top-notch. Thank you!!

What another lovely stay at the BCH. Only complaint is the pickle ball sound that reverts all way to room for HOURS. But it ends at 10:00 so if you happen not to be in your room for hours then it’s okay. Tried to get some work done after work commitment and the pickle ball was a little much but otherwise amazing proerty

I stayed in the Cascade Suite. Although my visit was short - the extra living room space and kitchen were great. Ideal for someone staying in the area for a week-long business trip. Comfortable beds, a place to workout, and two restaurants with a cafe/market as well. It is the perfect home away from home!
