I stayed here during a recent business trip. The place itself is clean and well kept. But I will not come here again for a few reasons. It is setup in Apartment style and spread across. So you have to make an extra effort to use any of the facilities like gym, breakfast etc. I ended up not using them due to the inconvenience - especially when it rains. I had a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite and it is pretty roomy. We were able to have enough space. Did not use the kitchen much. The breakfast area is small and fills up quickly.

These 2 story units are poorly constructed - we could see daylight through the door jamb. So in December that meant that the heater ran non stop trying to keep the downstairs warm while we were sweating upstairs. The fitness room has 2 treadmills and is no bigger than a bathroom - so if you're claustrophobic at all then skip their fitness room. Breakfast was adequate and mostly on par with other Residence Inns. If you have a choice, I would give this place a miss and stay at the Residence Inn Downtown Bellevue - much newer and nicer.
We stayed at this property for 4 nights spanning Christmas. the staff was helpful and friendly, even though they were working through the holidays. We had some snow and ice outside our room, and they quickly dispatched someone to salt the walk way. Cleaning staff was equally helpful. We had a two bedroom unit, which was great for travelling with two teen daughters. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom. Upstairs, there's a loft area overlooking the LR with a queen bed and another bathroom. Plenty of space for the family. Unit has a fireplace and the usual 4 plates/ cups/ silverware, etc. in the kitchen. The place where they miss the mark is building maintenance. My wife is Marriott platinum, and I'm Marriott Gold. If you're a regular Marriott guest, you'll know quickly that this RI is not up to the standard one expects from other Residence Inn properties. Our front door didn't seal against the weather. The shower curtain rod is broken and sagging. The faucet handle in the shower doesn't stay at the temperature it was set. They aren't "horrible" issues, but it's not what I'd expect from an RI property.
I love Residence Inns because of the kitchen, the Marriott bedding and the wonderful service and this one was as good as the others. I am taking the time to write this review because of the walkways and stairs. I had to yank and lift my luggage over two broken walkways and several single steps before carrying it up another flight of stairs to my room; this a bad choice for anyone with back or knee issues.
We stayed two weekend nights. Professional and fast check-in. The room was slightly disappointing. Breakfast was very well done, with good service. Parking was close to the room. The exterior of the facility, essentially between the parking and the room, is in need of detailed cleaning. The room itself was ready for renovation, but a thorough cleaning would extend this a bit. There was a stale or smoked-in odor in the room. This is not what I expected for a Marriott property, and I would not book this property again as a result. Below average. The breakfast was well-stocked with a nice variety of choices...certainly far above average. The breakfast area was attended, and items were being refilled as fast as the weekend cattle could annihilate them. The staff at this property were very professional. They were attentive, spoke clearly and professionally, and executed on our requests promptly. Well done staff!
All of our family and friends stayed here for my daughter's wedding and at check in we were offered a free upgrade for 3 of our rooms as a wedding gift. The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodated our every need. The three rooms that were upgraded were amazing with two levels and a kitchen. We were able to eat all together in one of the rooms with food we had bought, the room was that large! We had everything we needed and more! They even made sure one of our friends had a handicapped accessible room who can't do stairs. The breakfast was super yummy with all kinds of options. We did not go away hungry. I highly recommend this hotel for it's service and the generosity and friendliness of the staff. They really made our stay wonderful and I know they will make every effort to make your stay wonderful as well!
Great property, it has the feeling of a ski lodge without snow. Has a pool, small gym, and a couple guest mixers in the week. The room has all your standard amenities for your longer stays so you can make your own meals in your room, or get delivery from uber eats. Useful shuttle service for locations within a 3 mile radius. Amazing customer service.
Stayed there twice. Nice place, very convenient location - close to restaurants, park, city center, Kirkland, and just about everything else. It has comfortable rooms, very good breakfast, coffee/tea all day, nice outdoor pool (never had towels, had to ask for towels each time), Needs some face lift/renovation work.
No problem with staying there and the service. Was surprised about no in-house kitchen but learnt a lot about doordash.com and uber eats. However, I stayed there over a month ago and I was assured that my bill would be emailed to me. Both the Travel agency and I have followed up and to date (since April 26) - I've still not received anything. So I called up and found that they had the wrong email address. Changed it and was told they would send it "shortly". How hard is it to send an email people?
