Had a great time and will be back one day! Excellent room!

Noisey heater, need new bed, great breakfast buffet! Mathew at front desk was excellent

Stayed there to stay in a hotel less than the cost of staying downtown Seattle. Costs for staying in down town hotels on weekdays has become too expensive unless traveling on business with the ability of have company's reimburse employees. When traveling for personal reasons, the cost for staying downtown on week days has become prohibitive.

I needed a quiet, nice hotel with food amenities for a two day business retreat by myself. This hotel was perfect. The staff was very accommodating, the food was excellent in the lounge and more than adequate for a lovely meal, and I didn't have to go searching for a restaurant. The room was spacious and I really enjoyed having the kitchen available. Lots of desk space, sofa for relaxing and a great view of woods. Perfect!

The hotel is located in a covinient location close to downtown about 15 min. They have an excellent front desk Courtney was nice and polite she took all the effort to accommodate our families at the same level,. The breakfast buffet is delicious , fresh and clean. All the chefs are refreshing the food often and they have omelette made at order!!!!! They do have complementary coffe and te 24 hr.!!!! We love this hotel

Very comfortable rooms and conveniently located between downtown Seattle and Redmond.

It's a short drive to the Seattle city center from this hotel and would be about the same if you got one in north or south Seattle. Free breakfast, free parking, pool and hottub and lots of channels on the TV no other hotel can even compare. They have a huge parking garage so the free parking isn't limited by any means. Everyone is very friendly and it's all in all a phenomenal hotel. When I come back to Seattle I'm definitely staying here again. It's not even packed even though it really should be.

We (family of 4, kids ages 10 and 14) had a fabulous stay at the Hyatt House in Bellevue. It seemed like it was brand new, so everything is in great shape and modern. Centrally located, easy to get everywhere, the airport, downtown Seattle, Redmond, Issaquah, etc. Complimentary breakfast had lots of different choices, loved the freshly made omelets. We had dinner in the bar one night which was delicious as well, the bartender (wish I could remember his name) who was also our waiter was super nice and took great care of us. The room itself was fantastic, clean, cute kitchen, the king bed was amazing, the only thing was the sofa bed was really bad, springs broken, and hard and lumpy. my kids took turns on it, no way could both sleep on it at the same time. they say the chaise lounge part of the couch was really comfortable though, so they used that! Really excellent visit, we'll come back for sure.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Enjoyed he room, the pool and the fantastic breakfast spread each morning! We have kids and they had a great time at the pool! We found the room to be clean with lots of amenities too!! We highly recommend this hotel.

First time in Bellevue, stayed for work and the location was perfect, staff was amazing, and my room was beyond comfortable

Very clean hotel with great amenities. Parking garage was nice to be able to come and go without getting rained on.

It's very comfortable and nice hotel to stay with small kitchen. Orgnized closet and clean bathroom. Various choice for breakfast. Good size swimming pool.

Like hotel staff location bathroom a bit small the only real change they need to make is the constant smell of Kim chi I like eating eat but some people find the smell hard to take and the hotel smelled of it all 3 days ...

When We arrived, the room size, comfort and layout along with the kitchen and very comfy bed took us by surprise. It was definitely better than we expected for the price we paid. The breakfast was very good. Much to choose from and the pool area was clean. We absolutely loved our stay and contemplate on coming back again sometime. Oh and the location was rather fitting also, close to factoria and Bellevue square.

From the check-in to check-out, the experience is nothing less than relaxing. Rooms and suites are very modern. Slam your head down on to a mattress that makes you feel like a kid again or wake up to enjoy an amazing breakfast in the dining commons. We(significant other) stay here quite often when we just want to enjoy ourselves in the riches that the hotel has to offer. I really enjoy the all you can eat breakfast, and she enjoys the spacious rooms. We're both in college, so when we get to see each other we stay here all the time. This Hyatt house is tucked away in a perfect location to make it feel as if you're apart of the community. Factoria mall is right down the street, the market place is a half a mile away, and if you want to drive to the city it's only a 10 minute trip by vehicle. The hotel offers a shuttle service if you don't feel like driving anywhere, just need to book in advance. This is a happy house, and we love staying here.

We have stayed here many times , its always very pleasant . Try to stay away from the traffic .

Couldn't have asked for more. If you don't need to stay in Downtown Seatlle or prefer a location like Bellevue this is the place to stay for some quiet time. Large and generous sized rooms. Sheets were of high thread count, and soaps were top notch!

My review is somewhat colored by a bad weekend overall, but the hotel made it endureable and that helped out a lot, without the room I'd of lost it I think. It was a great place to stay, and I was able to pretty much tough it out in the room with tv and the good food the hotel had, along with the little kitchen in the suite.

The staff was friendly & very helpful. Many tourist attractions were less than 30 minutes away. We Loved the complimentary breakfast everything was delicious! Cant wait to go back (:
