Clean and friendly. Pool was a tad chilly. Biggest complaints are that there are no plug outlets near the bed and the driveway leading up to the hotel was horrible. Lots of potholes.
Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating
The hotel was clean. During our recent stay, the pool was not operating, so that was a let down. However, the staff members were exceptional and made up for the lack of pool.
Convenient to highway, but still quiet. Easy to find and ample parking. I have stayed several times at this hotel over the years. While it is still on my 'A' list, it is aging. I still give it 4 stars, because staff is great and overall it is in good condition, but things like the room lamps are getting finicky to turn on, and there are no USB ports for charging - I had not planned to stay overnight, so I didn't have my wall charger with me for my phone. In recent years, that has not been a problem at most hotels. so this is my only complaint (minor).
Fireworks set off in the parking log after 11:00 pm, no large towels, air conditioning not working well.
New beds were nice. Breakfast was awesome! Staff was friendly and helpful.
Stay in hotels frequently and appreciate clean rooms. This one was not. On the wall near the bed a big disgusting stain. The hallway rugs all stained. When you look closely the room is dirty. Everything should be wiped down and bleached. Behind everything as well.
The breakfast was good, Front end, housekeeping and food service Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. The location was Central to the restaurants and other convenient hot spots. The building is mature and met our needs.
Bed lopsided furniture was old and scratched up light switch did not work in one lamp could not turn the tv off or Chang the channel

Our room was next to the stairwell and was very small. The bed was not comfortable at all. The staff at the hotel was nice very nice and the shuttle driver was also very nice.
