Check in was difficult- attendant was not on hand and I waited 7-8 minutes for him to return. Room was comfortable and bedding nice. In room heater was not working properly. Desk attendant told us some silly reason why it wouldn’t heat properly. Buffet breakfast was good. Parking fine.

Always a great stay here! This was our 4th time staying here in 2 months, while traveling to Pittsburgh. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms are clean, and Breakfast has always been delicious. Will definitely stay here again!!

First - the lobby was inviting and the check in process was very quick and easy. The room was warm when we arrived (January in northern PA), which was extremely nice. We saw a live performance next door and when we returned found out the restaurant was open until 10. The bartender was very nice and attentive and the food was wonderful. The bed / pillows were perfect and the room was clean and very relaxing. One of the few places that provide a small note pad and pen. Breakfast was amazing. Fruit was fresh, waffle was perfect (my favorite) and the coffee was excellent. The Breakfast staff were friendly and very helpful. Checkout was seamless. We will go back to this hotel anytime we are in the area.
