The Space:
Welcome to our cozy historic cottage nestled around the corner from the beautiful Forsyth Park!
This charming home offers a timeless retreat with its two cozy bedrooms, a delightful Jack and Jill bathroom, convenient off-street parking, and a shady courtyard paired with a screen porch oasis.
The cottage has two bedrooms and one bathroom with multiple sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom has a comfy queen size mattress, the guest room has a memory foam twin size day bed. The living room the most comfy West Elm queen sleeper sofa.
Fresh bedding and towels are provided for guest use. We have extra pillows and blankets stored as well.
Outside, a hidden gem awaits. The gorgeous courtyard is the perfect place to unwind under the lush greenery, offering a relaxing setting for morning coffees or evening stargazing. The screen porch provides the perfect spot to sip on a glass of wine while enjoying the gentle breeze and the melody of chirping birds.
Enjoy game and movie nights in the cozy living room. A 50 in smart tv is available to stream your favorite apps. Free wifi is available to guests at the cottage, but please note we do not provide cable.
We have a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials you need to cook meals. A washer and dryer are available in the cottage for you to use as well s a clothing steamer.
For those arriving by car, rest easy knowing that off-street parking is available, ensuring convenience and peace of mind throughout your stay. We offer one free off street parking space.
Take leisurely strolls through tree-lined streets downtown and discover nearby boutiques, cafes, and local attractions, all within walking distance. You will love this location in Savannah!

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the cottage and courtyard. There is one closet in the master bedroom reserved for owner storage. There is a front door keypad, a code will be provided to you prior to your arrival time.
The Neighborhood:
Staying at the cottage you will be just a short two block walk from the south end of Forsyth Park, there are restaurant, bars, and shops within walking distance. I do recommend driving or taking an uber if you want to explore City Market, River Street and the shopping along Broughton Street. While they are all walkable, it is about 1.5 miles or a 35 minute walk. The cottage is about a 20 minute drive to the Savannah airport and a 20 minute drive to Tybee Island beaches.
Getting Around:
One designated parking is included with this condo. There is first come first street parking on the streets around the cottage, just be sure to check the street sweeper signage. Any space that have numbers can be paid with through the Park Savannah app. There are also city parking garages throughout the city. Uber and Lyft are available in the Historic District, there is also a free city shuttle, the DOT.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that the cottage is located in the Historic District. There may be some city noises you are not accustomed to such as trains, traffic and the fire department is close by. A sound machine is provided to help minimize any unfamiliar sounds. A pac n play is available upon request. The cottage has a very strict no pet policy and a very strict no smoking policy.
