Great location. Staff was super friendly and the room has the old Savannah charm. Recommend.

Liked the location you could basically walk to everything. The only thing I could say negatively was the noise, a bit noisy, but otherwise very nice.

The King suite we stayed in was beautifully decorated with high ceilings. It was kind of dusty with sediment piled up on the bed and bedside tables from the walls/ceiling. It’s a historic building so I get it but could have used a bit more attention during cleanings. Also, turn down service was only provided one of the 2 nights of our stay. Not a huge deal but kept in mind with the requested gratuities at the end of our stay. Location was excellent. Great walking distance to everything we wanted to do and see. Not too noisy from the third floor.

We loved our stay in this venerable old hotel. Even the creaky floors which bespoke the historical nature of this nearly 200 year old structure. It was unique, and a perfect place to stay in a city like Savannah which is also unique.

Our stay was perfect. Special shout out to front desk clerk Rachel and bellhop Ernest who gave excellent customer service throughout our visit. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room and building were both beautiful and the location was perfect. Thanks for a wonderful experience! Would definitely choose this property again!

David at the front desk was wonderful. We also enjoyed Mallory and Jennifer. Everyone was helpful and kind. We were pampered and located right at the heart of the historic district. Local great restaurants and sights.

How close to River street the hotel was. Right across the street

The person at check in was very polite and helpful.

This is the perfect spot for all things Savannah. The staff was just lovely and the room was too.

Very convenient and clean. I would recommend it hightly.

Great Ovation, beautifully furnished. A little load because of street noise at night but I’m a light sleeper.

Lovely room with a patio. Perfevt spot to emjoy your morning cup of coffee.

All of the staff at the East Bay Inn went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Angela at the front desk was especially awesome. This hotel is also delightfully pet friendly.
