Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to SCAD and other area landmarks. Uber is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets.

You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is simple, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

This charming historic house was perfect for me and my two adult daughters. Great bedroom layout and so nice to have the kitchen and washer/dryer. There is a pretty steep staircase to the bedroom level so do be sure stairs are ok for your group. The location is unbeatable!

The home was lovely, clean and in a great location. However, we specifically wanted a 4 bedroom home and this home is misrepresented as such. The fourth "bedroom" is a day bed in the living room, no closet, and the street lights blazing in all night. Two guests ended up sharing a room which was not as planned. I reached out to Heirloom management about this two weeks ago and unfortunately have not heard a response.

Cozy, clean Savanna get away

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were there for two nights with four adults and four children and had plenty of room for all. The decor was beautiful and all furniture including beds were very comfortable. It was a great location though not quite close enough to walk downtown. The kitchen was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed. One suggestion would be to maybe get some small plastic bowls and cups for kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Centrally located to all that Savannah has to offer. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of towels, hair dyers, laundy detergent, dishwasher tabs, TP, etc. The only person i would not recommend this home to is anyone who may have difficulty navigating stairs: there are 5 steps up to front door, and 21 stairs to the second level, which is where the showers are. Other than that, it is a gorgeous, clean, and unique historical property!

Beautiful property

We loved this property. It was very clean and a great location. Parking was convenient even though it was street parking. I wouldn’t consider it a 4 bedroom as one of the bedrooms is more of a living room with French doors right when you walk in the house. The queen bedroom is also listed as having a twin bed included, but that was not the case. The property manager said there were rollaway beds in each of the closets, but there was only one queen air mattress in one of the closets. We ended up putting in the king room to sleep everyone in our family because it wouldn’t fit in the other rooms. Other than that we loved our stay here and would return.

Beautiful convenient location

My family and I rented this property over the Rock & Roll Savannah marathon weekend. The house is beautiful and is exactly as advertised. It is located just a couple of blocks from the marathon finish line, which was super convenient, and is about a 1.5 miles from River Street. We would definitely recommend this property for a perfect stay in Savannah.

This was a spectacular property that did not disappoint. We were in Savannah for a wedding and bachelor/ bachelorette party and this was the perfect place to host a happy hour beforehand. The interior design is very cool (loved the leather couches) with state of the art appliances. We didn't cook other than breakfasts but we should have because the kitchen is beautiful. The house is also located in a great area. Overall an incredible experience and I don't know when I'll be back but I'd totally stay again!
