The pool area needs cleaning/updating/new paint. We had to go to the front desk to get towels. Parking lot was dirty/trash and was right next to a gas station. We walked through several parking lots to a nearby restaurant at night with a child. Didn't feel safe.
So glad we chose this location. From the check-in to check-out every staff member was pleasant and helpful! The breakfast was top notch. I would gladly stay here again and recommend this location to all my associates.

Our room was not very clean. Shower doors were covered in soap scum. Soap dish next to sink had soap in it from previous guests. Floor in general was not very clean, especially around the baseboards. In the morning, they had run out of coffee cups by 8:45 a.m. and offered no alternatives. It's difficult to understand how the hotel couldn't have anticipated this shortage and remedied it. Guests were going back to their rooms to get their cups from there, but why couldn't the hotel put those out instead? If you had already used the cup from your room you were out of luck. The waffle maker was also broken.
Staff were excellent, property clean and adequate for an overnight stay.
Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

We have stayed at other Springhill locations and have really liked all of them. This location had a great rate which made it all the better.
The room was very clean and nice. The AC was extremely noisy and disruptive. I think the room was overpriced based on the other reservations I have made with other hotels.

The mattress was just ok. It dipped in the middle. Other thn that everything was good.
Loved how they gave us a room right away even though we were early, after a red-eye flight!! It was great!
I liked that it was close to I-95. Other than that, I was disappointed with this hotel. The act did not work well, the rooms and hallways were very musty. The room was very small as well.
