We received a phone call around 930 on the morning of our check-in. The employee confirmed how many were in our party (4) and that we didn’t have a pet that we were bringing, she also inquired if we needed a cot. When we checked in the door to the room wouldn’t close properly and had to be forced shut. We asked for a cot, the front desk staff said they didn’t exist. When we confirmed the confirmation phone call we were told staff would “hunt around” and bring one up if located. There were only 2 towels, the room heat/air controls are locked in away and we couldn’t access them. The in room fireplace did not work and the ceiling fan control chains had been cut so we couldn’t reach them to turn it off. The smaller tv inside the door didn’t work. The jacuzzi turned on by itself, with no water in the tub multiple times until we had to flip the breaker to make it stop. The wood trim along the walls of also expanding/mouldy where the floors have been wet and not fully dried multiple times. The walls are so thin that we could hear someone in the vicinity puking their guts out for at least an hour around 3 am. Overall, a very disappointing stay.
