The staff was very nice. Property is run down. Our AC/heating unit quit working but they fixed it while we were gone for the evening.
Ice machine wasn’t working, extension cord had multiple items plugged in, is this safe. Room needs an upgrade but love quiet heater!

The ac didnt work. Only 5 channels of cable worked. The pool water was freezing. The breakfast was great and the cook was nice and friendly.
This is not worth what we paid for it. Was horrible, phone didn’t work, cigarette ashes on table, mold on ceiling, trash behind table, stains on blanket, broken clothes rack taped together, and staff not very friendly. I have taken pictures as well if you would like to see those. Would just like my money back or something for this horrible experience. If we weren’t so exhausted we would have just left and not stayed there.

I could not leave fast enough. The place was filthy! There were crumbs on the stairs in the lobby, stained sheets, and dingy yellow towels that were supposed to be white. As I did one last pass through the room before checking out I discovered trash under the bed (crumpled papers, cups and even a lighter in what they assured me was a non-smoking room) and a pair of DIRTY UNDERWEAR behind the cabinets. I was so disgusted!
The room was good. The complementary breakfast would have been good but there was only 1 attendant working to serve food.

I REQUESTED A HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE ROOM BY PREVIOUS RESERVATION. I HAD JUST FINISHED DRIVING 5 HOURS AND WAS TIRED. THEIR IDEA OF SUCH A ROOM WAS TURN LEFT AT THE FRONT DESK GO 100 FEET DOWN THE CORRIDOR TURN RIGHT GO ANOTHER 100 FT. AND YOUR THERE. THE NEAREST EXIT/ENTRANCE LED TO WEEDS GROWING THROUGH BROKEN CONCRETE WITH NO PARKING IN SIGHT. ONCE INSIDE THE ROOM WAS VERY ACCESSIBLE, GETTING THERE WAS SOMETHING ELSE.
Simple and met our needs as we headed to Cedar Point. While a bit outdated, the hotel was clean, had a good breakfast and very nice staff.
The jacuzzi was only luke warm each day there, the bathroom was so small and the floor was damp when you showered or even later in the day?? The breakfast was the same each day ( awful). They ran out of towels and blankets. Not a good stay! Disappointed !!
