The ladies at breakfast and the afternoon grunt offices were very friendly. Sadly we were disappointed about how cold the swimming pool was. We loved the heated pool so much two years ago that we decided to come back. Many others guests refrained from swimming because it was too cold.

Great location! But the rest was so-so. No cold water in the bathroom sink. The coffee machine (Kerurig) was broken. The duvet cover was ripped on the underside. The windows were quite dirty. And the hot tub/spa wasn’t working and is filthy. Love the rooftop deck though!

I did not like the fact that this Inn did not have hot water. After many calls to the front desk and many lies I was not able to take a shower because there was no hot water and the cold water had no pressure.Another part I did not like was the fact that the room had mold on the ceiling and bugs in the bathroom. :(

The rooms are beautiful and confortable. Great hot breakfast. Lucy at breakfast service was very friendly and helpful. However the front of hotel was boarded up and under construction. There was no hot water for half of our stay. We had to take cold showers on Sunday morning

Hot water broken for a night

Hot water went off in the building on our second day, our kids had spent all day playing a beach tournament and needed to shower. Was told there would be no fix to the hot water that evening. Was also denied reimbursement for the discomfort. Was told later in the evening that hot water was restored. It was not. Both kids woke up sick in the morning from taking an ice cold shower. It was extremely poor customer service and handling of the situation. We paid $350/night and expect better accomodations at that rate. We understand problems happen but to not offer anything for the lack of basic sanitary conditions is just bad policy and also to be lied to was just insulting. Spend your money elsewhere and we'll never do a La Quinta again especially not this one.

These rooms were nice, clean, and with very comfortable beds. Parking was fine. There was some kind of problem with the hot water, which I suspect was not actually the fault of the property, because other guests said they had come to this hotel from another hotel across the street because the hotel across the street did not have hot water. Anyway, I complained to the manager and he immediately compensated me. I really appreciated the responsiveness. I stayed at this hotel after staying at several others, including a luxury resort for 4 nights, and all four of us (we had 2 rooms) agreed it was the best sleep of our trip.

Easy and friendly check-in, staff was helpful and pleasant, great location near Cal Poly. Will likely stay here again. Very nice accommodations and pet friendly.
