Featuring 5 rooms (2 master bedrooms with in suite bathrooms and king size beds, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds that you can exit straight to the pool, and another extremely cozy room with 2 queen beds), cable TV and WiFi, Casa Seaesta has all that it takes for you to relax and be comfortable.

Beautiful pool with sundeck, BBQ grill, compfy patio sofas on a very nice outside deck are waiting for you to enjoy. Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher (no one should wash dishes while on vacation!), cute family room with TV and stereo system, ample dining area with 12 persons seating will be amazing for all your group to come together for some down time. And when you decide to take a two minutes walk to the beach, we also have you covered - you will find beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for your beer to go and have fun under the caribbean sun.

Wow, my group really loved this place. Great location, lots of space, comfortable beds. Very well stocked with everything we needed - kitchen supplies, beach chairs, coolers, towels, etc. Only 2 blocks to the beach and several cafes, restaurants, and bars within a few blocks. Host communication was great and they were very accommodating both on early arrival and a slightly later checkout. Water pressure was a bit low in some bathrooms but we expected to have that issue anywhere and made sure to stagger showers. Property also has a backup generator - we didn't need it but it was a nice surprise, don't believe it was mentioned in the listing. Overall we felt the house was a great value and we'd stay again in a heartbeat!

The location is 2 blocks from the beach and just off the main road in Santurce, great security and parking, fully stocked, beautiful pool, great deck with a huge grill, perfectly comfortable for our group of eight! The location was terrific. A less-than-45 minute walk to the center of San Juan, a 10-minute walk to the beach (2 blocks, really). We were a group of 5, unattached to one another, and we each had a bedroom and bathroom either en suite or several steps from the bedrooms. Could not have been more convenient for our group. Mayra was cordial and filled with information. And she kept in touch throughout. We have two friends who have a condo in Isla Verde, and we all spent a lot of time in both places. And the recommendations for restaurants and sites you left on the blackboard were fully approved by that couple! So all good. And thank you for everything.
