Our property is conveniently located just 13.5 km / 8.3 miles from the San Juan Airport (SJU). Depending on the time of day and traffic conditions, the travel time can range from 15 to 30 minutes. If you plan on renting a car, there are several parking locations available nearby. House Rules: 1. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. 2. No parties or loud music allowed. 3. Please be mindful of the community and keep noise levels at an adequate level after 10 PM. 4. No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or candles allowed. 5. Please do not leave wet towels on the furniture. 6. Avoid using skin products, hair dyes, or oils that may leave stains on the towels and bed linen. Any stains on the linen will incur additional fees. 7. If you have used sunblock or engaged in outdoor activities, please shower before going to bed to prevent staining. 8. Please notify us immediately of any spills or stains. 9. Keep all areas clean and tidy. 10. If you go to the beach, please use the outside shower to remove excess sand. 11. Linens: We take great care of our linens and kindly request that you do the same. Any staining on bedsheets or towels will be charged through the Airbnb Resolution Center.
