We had a pleasant stay. It was clean and there was complimentary breakfast. The coffee was cold inside a thermal which was my only concern because breakfast started 1 hour before that so not sure if that coffee sat a whole day or what. Other than that the food was fresh and everything was clean. Our room was clean and the bathroom smelled clean like bleach. Now my only problem was with one of the staff members at the front desk. We parked our car in the back. I came inside with a present for my husband. I put my bag down with the present in it at the front desk because the guy was getting me fresh towels. I went upstairs and forgot my bag. I ran downstairs to get it and the guy claimed he had it and then asked me my question again and said he didn’t see it. He continued to say he couldn’t check cameras and changed the story that he could. Shady if you ask me. My friend came down to talk to him and he got very jumpy and started screaming. He was very unprofessional and if you ask me a bad thief if that. The next morning, we let the lady know at the front desk what happened and we were checking out so I gave her my number because she said she’d check the cameras but I never received a call. I wouldn’t waste my money staying at that place again. Horrible customer service. If it wasnt for that I would have given a 5 star rating.

The staff was very attentive to any needs, they were very helpful with recommendations for food and things to do in the area. Always with a smile and greeted you everytime you passed by the front desk.
