It was beautiful and close to the beach. It was disappointing that there was no water. I had gone to the beach but no water to wash the sand and salt off.. Everything else was great but I do expect to be able to use water when I stay in a hotel. I do not recommend them.

Everything seem clean, that was a little noisy and neighborhood didn’t feel very safe even though it was in a gated area. Drunk screaming females at two in the morning woke us up.

When we first arrived into the apartment it had a smell of fish. From there we noticed it didn't have a toaster oven and then we did see that the microwave did not work but they replaced it immediately Within 2 hours. The next morning we did realize that the coffee maker didn't work properly. They do have a lot of walkable coffee shops as well as restaurants in the area. It is comforting knowing that it is a gated community that when it is dark you have to go through security. Overall experience fantastic Four and a half stars out of five would return 100%

This place eas nice and cozy. They were MORE than accomdating! They answered all my needs for the trip. It was a safe environment right in the heart of culture! It was so clean!! I plan on booking a few of the apartments when I come back with some friends!

The outside sitting area needed maintenance cleaning. Weeds very prominent. Indoors excellent. Clean towels. I loved the availability of soaps, lotions, and shampoos. When taking showers, must allow moments for water to warm up. thank you.

A beautiful place to stay in my favorite place in the world. The proximity to the beach, dining and other areas of San Juan is unmatched. There is no doubt I will be staying at this same location when I am back in Puerto Rico (if it’s available).

This place was great. I’ve stayed in several locations in Ocean Park, and they have all been unique in their own way. The location I had exceeded my expectations… clean, organized, and sufficient. Few takes away; good hot water but, pressure for the shower was very weak. Also, there is no full length mirror to look in. There are tons of beautiful windows, but no natural light. Exchange the curtains for transparent vinyl. Provides that privacy while still providing great natural light. Oh and there were little bugs everywhere… even on my bed. Overall, not th
