Glad we transferred here and that they had rooms available right away as we were not comfortable where we were before our stay here. Beautiful place, so clean, staff were so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was awesome. Will definitely come back again to this place if we’re around the area.

AC was not working and room was terribly hot. I had to call the front desk 4 times about my shower not getting hot. I was only given an extra hour to check out for my family of 6 to have time to shower in another room. Our toilet then decided to overflow and I had to use towels to soak it up. We were not offered new towels or for house keeping to clean up the mess so we could shower. I have been coming to this hotel every year for my son's birthday and this weekend has sadly changed our opinion on this hotel. We have always recommended it to family and friends but I seriously doubt we will be coming back for another stay.

We hope can book a hotel a including hot tub. But here they don't have it. They give us room with leaking air conditioner and they change other room. We don't want to back here anymore

Much to be desired in sense of hospitality.

Room didn’t have toilet paper. Asked 3x before they sent one. No water. No perks. Coffee offered at breakfast is too too hot. You can have free breakfast as long as people are not running circles around you to take the empty plates, they stand on yur table like a hawk. Everything closes early in the hotel or not open. The good: stores are near, in the heart of Silicon Valley.
