horrible check in

The night receptionist was very inattentive. I arrived around 9pm after a long trip, tired and partially ill. I walked in and was not greeted, the 3 gentleman staff that were in the front desk just stared at me, it wasn't until I said I would like to check in did one of them start actually doing something. After that, he gave me hassle for checking in with my friend who had a copy of her ID but not the actual physical one until I had to come up with the solution. The room was average, I had honestly stayed in more luxurious rooms for the same price and was not impressed at all. In conclusion, I will not be returning to this hotel nor recommending it at all.

hotel changed my reservation without my permission

Hotel said we got a “free upgrade” which really meant they changed our “2 bed” in 2 rooms to “1king” in each room. So one room had two people who did not know each other very well having to sleep in same bed. How would you like to be in that situation? Hotel said our “2 beds” rooms were no longer available.

Everything was too small and crowded even the elevators. Air conditioning required staff attention.

nice and very competent staff at the hotel

Easy experience at this hotel facility. Parking on site and restaurant is very good great morning free breakfast. And the facility is spotless. They call double beds queen beds. But. That is the only curse to the facility Two double bed s in most rooms Noise from street in room thru air conditioner. Safety glass in Windows My room was in back of hotel and street noise if you go ask for room in front less noise
