Based off the reviews was the reason I chose this hotel to steer away from All inclusive hotels trying something different it was epic fail. Premium area was lacking I had to cancel wasn’t enough options. The two free drinks were poor options. Overall a quiet hotel but very boring.

Extremely clean rooms and facility. You can tell there is a high standard in hygiene. The staff was always eager to help with questions, especially the manager in the Aurora Cafe, I don’t remember his name but he had a moustache. He was so pleasant and professional.
