The stay was perfect. The only inconvenience was that the person who check us in assigned a two beds rooms although we were just two. We went back to the front desk and we requested a king size bed room which was assigned on a higher floor. I always try to reserve on the VIP access hotels and we didn’t get the VIP perks as usual. Other than that, everything was perfect….

We had booked a Master Suite, but they gave us 2 un-connected rooms instead, passing it off as a Master Suite. (That is, they didn’t acknowledge that they were giving us something different than what we booked.) When we asked them for the Master Suite, they then told us there were none available (that is, they had given our room away to someone else). They offered us free dinner instead, which was not ideal. It was an inconvenience to be separated into 2 separate rooms.
