Perfectly adequate hotel for the price if you need to get an early bus at the Terminal Atlantico Norte (350m away). No windows in the room and no elevator, but that wasn't a problem for us.

The hotel definitely need some more TLC, the rooms are so inappropriate sized for what is shown definitely good angle taking on the photos shown in the app so very deceiving , they were accommodating with us with room change with an additional fee of course . The hotel is located right by a very busy street right across two warehouse for souvenirs and nick knack which is awesome if u need some busy which can be quite noisy at night esp when this chicken rotisserie store blast it’s music more that one occasion of our stay , fairly clean if I may say but the toilet paper holder is inconveniently located in a very small bathroom on the back side right on top of the tank so you see how difficult that would be , the toilet paper is rough and cheap . Breakfast is included but honestly not a lot to choose from and you have to constantly ask for a voucher to get your breakfast. You still would want to eat somewhere after or not have the breakfast there at all .We saw two mini cockroaches in our . The staff was nice and friendly only the day staff speaks English the night ones not so much. Most are friendly but there is this one lady staff that works at night that is not so pleasant at all she gives u a look of suspicion. There is a hot and cold water station does not provide any tea or coffee.oh coffee is certain hours . Overall it’s good stay for people who just needs a place to sleep nothing more .

The rooms are a bit small but align with the price. If you're looking for a comfortable bed and very cozy space on a budget, this is the place for you. The staff were warm and welcoming and breakfast was delicious. Close proximity to stores, parks and restaurants, but the area doesn't feel like the safest after late hours. The stay was satisfactory but would have been better if there was backup power. There was a power outage on the final day of our stay and we weren't able to pack early as we were in complete darkness in the room, and it got hot.

Not very central, but you can still walk to the main areas. Check-in took about 10 minutes, the front desk was distracted, and I even saw them possibly reviewing their own hotel on Google, which was sketchy. The noise was awful. I could hear people walking by, talking loudly, and even moaning from other rooms. Not sure if it’s the walls or just bad layout, but it made sleeping really difficult. The motion light outside kept switching on whenever someone passed, lighting up my room every time. The room was super basic, tiny bathroom, no chair or table. I didn’t get to try the breakfast, but they did give me a pre-packed sandwich since I left early, and that was actually good. Overall, it was a bad stay. I wouldn’t come back.

The location was great. You are close to everything. The room was below basic and the restroom was super tiny. I'm already a short guy but I felt even shorter in that restroom. It is a really bad set up. The area around the property is way to noisy. At 4am someone outside was smashing metal it sounded like they were working in a shop. It is way to noisy in this area. Your sleep will he compromised. Convenience is all this hotel is good for. I also got food poisoning from their partner restaurant next door.

Great property, super helpful staff, and a really good location with easy access to local transportation. Uber is very available in the area, and all the drivers know where this hotel is located. It's a little noisy, because you're in the city, but very tolerable. Staff is great, though most of them don't know much English, so make sure you have an app ready for translation if you haven't dusted up on your Spanish in a while (several workers did know some English).
