The front desk staff provides terrible service over the phone, and the manager is incapable of resolving any issues. Therefore, I advise anyone who experiences unprofessional service from the front desk to push back immediately. The rooms and location are fine, but I suggest that the hotel staff receive professional training. If you don't want to work at the front desk, you shouldn't do it at all.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this is the first one I'm leaving here. Wow, this is the first time I've seen a hotel front desk hang up on a guest! Today is January 11, 2026. When I called, the woman who answered the phone at the front desk had a surprisingly unpleasant attitude. Unfortunately, I don't know your name, but your lack of patience and insufficient explanation left a strong impression on me. I chose to be here because of the cat, and I'll stay here to find out face-to-face who hung up on me and was so rude. 😄 The premise of all this is that I've always adhered to the rules, but today I needed some extra solutions, so I made a phone call. This receptionist is incredibly incompetent; all she does is yell.

I stayed in room #107 for work. The heater didn't work. There was mold in the shower where the curtain hangs from.house keepers made the beds but didn't sweep the floor except for Thursday..pepole running up and down the stairs late hours of the night and 2-3am..the room upstairs sounds like they was having wrestling matches every night.i didn't sleep well at all....Tuesday-Thursday night..i had a terrible experience this time...i just have to be honest.....

It was difficult finding the place bc the sign isn't updated with the right name Motel 6, it was a different name. We reserved a Queen bed but the only room available was a room with 2 double beds. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Felt the price was high for what the reservation was but all in all it was ok.

During our stay we felt very unsafe. The police were at the property arresting a guest. I couldn’t sleep at all with all the commotion in the parking lots and the fear of getting out windows broken. Had two cockroaches in our room and found one in our bed in the morning. Definitely not clean or safe find a different hotel.
