You'll have access to the whole front of the house and the driveway. You'll also have access to the W/D that is behind the door in the kitchen.

We do not reside on the property but we are really good at communication and we will be in contact with you via Airbnb messages if you need any help.

There is another tenant who lives in the studio in the back. The W/D is shared with him. Please do not attempt to open his door or go anywhere else besides the laundry room area.

Nice location. Felt safe in neighborhood. Property should be cleaned better. Floors were dirty, opened windows due to nice weather and no ac in bedrooms but they were very dirty and hard to open. Only 2 forks in kitchen but we had 5 guest. Outlet in bathroom did not work. Sponge in kitchen to clean items was very old and dirty. Simple stuff I think owner could easily fix and make this better, not horrible but stayed in much nicer places.

The property was great. I would like hand soap in each bathroom. I would have liked to be informed that there was a renter in the back, sharing the washer and dryer and that we needed to keep the laundry room locked. The most important thing for us, was there was not central heating and only forced heating in the living room.He does need to work with the cleaning crew. The kitchen utensils were dirty and there was leftover pizza in the microwave.
