Very nice property and staff. Great Location!! We did have a bit of a challenge with the WIFI cutting out on us. The tech staff tried to put us on a different sevice which helped some!

I was disappointed about not having free coffee 27/7 like most places I stayed. There must had been a 600 lb man sleeping in the bed before me because there was a large drop in the middle of the bed. Room was very small. Bathroom was great. Someone finally put a hole in the shower door so you could turn the water on without getting a cold shower. The lobby was very nice.

We stayed here in early July 2024. We loved the location (just far enough from Fisherman's Wharf to be quiet, but close enough to be convenient to everything). The staff were excellent. The only thing we didn't love was the beds (not too comfortable), and, as mentioned by lots of people, the service fee - just make the hotel the cost of the hotel.

Hotel Zoe is close to bus and cable cars. You can get wherever you want quickly and easily. Easy to walk to Fisherman’s Wharf, attractions, shops, and great restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable, and amazingly quiet. Staff were helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

All staff were friendly and very helpful, our room was very good, quite spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. Plenty of power sockets, a well stocked bathroom with pure white fluffy towels and all the toiletries you’ll need. Loved the quiet terrace area, a great place to enjoy our free morning coffee. The restaurant was very nice, we enjoyed our breakfast and evening meals. The only negative is the shower was very weak and on arrival we were told the credit was 15 dollars per person per day which is why we used the restaurant or bar every day. We were then told at checkout that it’s only 15 dollars per room. I think you need to make this crystal clear. Overall a great stay, thank you 😁

Came on the Fourth of July. Trying to get dinner in our own hotel. Girl went to seat us and told me to wait , later I found out she lied to us and we were told they wouldn't take anymore people to eat dinner. I explained we had not eaten all day and she said her manager told her that. I said we were staying at this hotel and I his was our restaurant . She was rude, lied to us, and the restaurant was a disaster . I will never stay here again .

Great location! Friendly staff and plenty of thoughtful amenities. The lobby and elevators really show the age of the hotel but the updates have been nicely done. Overall a good pick for location and cost.
