Host Juan was very attentive to or needs. Very nice guy. House was very clean with all the needs in the kitchen. Loved the fire pit, used the grill and beach chairs. Floor plan was perfect for the needs of our family.

Excellent location, lovely home, and incredibly responsive host! Just steps away from the fantastic Mission beach, and blocks away from Mission Bay, as well as restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. Stayed for 3 nights and did not get into a car once. The home is just one house off of the beach and the decks and patio are oriented so that you get a great view. When we weren't taking walks on the beach or dining out, we epecially loved the fire pit and the top balcony. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful home

Stayed a week with the family. Gorgeous home with comfy beds and a couches. One of the best rentals we have had. This home is conveniently located just 1 house back from the boardwalk. It’s very private away from noise yet still steps away from the sand. Plenty of private parking and all the beach toys you need.

Amazing House!

We could not have picked a better place to stay. Views of the ocean from every room in the house... without the noise and hassle of being directly on the boardwalk. Perfect if you want to have any semblance of privacy:) The layout of the property was key with the main living area open and inviting and spilling out onto the balcony. A great place for a family who wants to spend quality time together but have their own space in luxurious and relaxing bedrooms.

Wonderful house and host

We booked this house 2 weeks prior to our stay when our original accommodations fell through. What an incredible find! The location was perfect for our needs and everything about the house was amazing. Lots of amenities! The host was very responsive to our questions and detailed with the check in process. We reached out to the property manager Juan during our stay and he was great as well. Very happy with everything about our experience!

Property Owner/Manager is amazing to communicate with and incredibly prompt with an issue we had with a rusted gate. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend this to anyone. We spent the holidays here to be close to family that is lucky enough to also live on the bay!

Bachelorette weekend away

The most amazing weekend away for a group of 12 women. The house comfortably slept everyone, with plenty of bathrooms for all 12 of us to get ready to hit mission blvd each night of our stay. We walked to everything, including a private yoga session on the beach Saturday morning. The balcony views of the ocean were magical, even with this not being a "beach front" property you can see, smell and hear to ocean from every window and balcony. The kitchen was large and well stocked for what we used it for. 5/5 would stay here again.

Great location!

Fantastic location one house from the ocean front walk. So perfect for venturing south to Belmont Park and north to Pacific Beach. We walked everywhere and it was so convenient. Absolutely everything is within walking distance and it was so much fun for adults and kids alike.
