Serenity in San Diego with Amazing Canyon Views!

Welcome to this beautiful and serene oasis in San Diego. Enjoy this open floor plan home, which is great for gathering and spending time together. Hang outside and take in the beautiful canyon view in the backyard! This home on a quiet street in San Diego will be the perfect place to use as a launching pad to seeing all that San Diego has to offer!



The Space:

This place is amazing! A nice front and backyard, 2 car garage, washer and dryer in the garage as well! When you enter this home, you will notice the large open floor plan of the living area, open to the kitchen, dining, and living area! Step outside into the backyard through the sliding glass door and take in the beautiful canyon view! Who knows, you may even see a bunny come by or a deer! There are 3 bedrooms in this home as well as 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a full size bed and is across the hall from the second full bathroom! Out in the main living area, there is a queen air mattress to sleep 2 extra people, if needed.



Cleanliness has always been at the top of mind for each of our homes as shown in our previous reviews but it’s even more critical now as we all aim to reduce the spread of infection. We understand that homes have become a place of shelter, and the future of travel will rely on a new comfort zone, with the privacy and benefits of a home away from home, without crowds. This home is a great space for a staycation, a work from home alternative as well as for families. We want to ensure your health and safety when staying at this home so we want you to understand the necessary measures that we are taking in response to cleanliness during this pandemic: Our professional cleaning crew is wearing protective gear while they clean, ventilating all rooms before, during and after the cleaning, washing hands thoroughly before and after the cleaning, they are cleaning and then disinfecting all surfaces including door knobs, keypads, railings, light switches, remote controls and thermostats just to name a few. These are just a few of the precautions we are taking to ensure your safety while staying in this beautiful listing. Guest Access:

Guests will have full access and use of the house 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!



The Neighborhood:

This stunning house is minutes from the very best San Diego has to offer. It is close to University of San Diego, Mission Valley, the beaches are only a 15 minute drive, and there is plenty of food to enjoy in Mission Valley!



Getting Around:

You'll be receiving 2 parking spaces with this house located on the driveway and garage, but getting around is super easy. Look out for those on-demand electric scooters and bikes that are just an app away and located all around the area. Most of my guest use RideShare programs such as Uber and Lyft.



Other Things to Note:

This property is professionally managed and cleaned to provide stellar service for all of our guests! Think of it as a hotel-like experience in a spacious furnished house!



This house is stocked with bath towels, hairdryers, Irons, and hotel-style body wash and shampoo/conditioner. If you need anything additional during your stay, please feel free to reach out by messaging me on the Airbnb thread.



Please keep in mind that this rental is not intended for parties or loud social gatherings. We want guests to enjoy themselves but not at the cost of the neighbors and we have strict rules in place to ensure that there are no issues throughout your stay.
