Beautifully remodeled studio with a private entrance, kitchenette, and upgraded bathroom. The studio is attached to a private house with a shared wall.
Enjoy the central location, just minutes away from UCSD, UTC Mall, 805 Fwy, I-5, La Jolla, Torrey Pines, Beaches & Parks, and all tourist attractions.
Parking is available on the street by the house, and there is laundry in the unit.
We can only accommodate solo travelers at this time.
There is no A/C available in the studio.
The studio is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, University City, a short distance away from UCSD and La Jolla.
Inside the studio, you'll find a convenient kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, 2-burner countertop hot plate, and all the necessary dishware for your cooking needs.
For a cozy night's sleep, the comfortable futon easily transforms into a double bed. To ensure extra comfort, we provide an additional mattress for the futon. You'll also have access to an office desk, TV, and high-speed WiFi.
The upgraded private bathroom includes a small washer and dryer for your convenience. If you have more extensive laundry to do, there's a laundromat nearby at the closest plaza.
Please note that the studio doesn't have A/C, but no worries! We're more than happy to provide a standing fan and a portable heater upon your request.
