Extremely professional, easy to book. We rented the day before for three day stay and the communication was terrific. Check in was easy everything was explained very well and we had a beautiful condo with an ocean view for about what we would have paid for a shabby Jr. Suite at a hotel, and half as much as a decent suite with fewer amenities.

It has a great view of the beach and surfers in the ocean. You can see Crystal Pier and north to the Canyon. You can open the sliding door and hear the ocean. The temperatures outside are just perfect. It's a great get away and a very refreshing vacation.

Location was fantastic, just far enough away from the main drag to not be too loud, and right next to the beach. Surfing within two blocks, plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Bed and other furniture were very comfortable. Pool and hot tub are not onsite, but a few doors down. Both were clean and in good condition. Unit did not have A/C, but the cross-breeze was sufficient to keep it comfortable in late September. Would stay again.

Refreshing getaway from the desert heat

Excellent location 3 floors up but could hear and see the ocean with no obstructions, no AC but wasn’t needed due to the excellent weather, check in and check out was very easy, would definitely stay again!
