Manhattan Shores #5 is the combo of the downstairs Manhattan Shores #2 and the upstairs Manhattan Shores #3 unit. This is perfect for two families that want to be close to each other while still having their own private areas.

The downstairs unit consists of 2 bedrooms, one room with a king bed and the other with two twin beds, and 2 full bathrooms. Upstairs has three bedrooms, a master suite with a King bed and ensuite bathroom, a room with a queen bed, and one with two twin beds, as well as a full guest bathroom. Both units come with their own washer and dryer, full kitchen, living room with sofa sleeper in the upstairs unit and 3 parking spaces total.

If you still need more room then right across the walk way is a one bedroom, one bath called Manhattan Shores #1B.

Just off the main living room of the downstairs unit, enjoy your own private outdoor space that features new lounge sofa seating, outdoor table and chairs

Great location

The property is located in an ideal location between the bay - great for younger kids and the ocean for those more adventurous. Or, if you just want to stroll along the shore. It’s also close to Belmont Amusement Park and the Bahia Belle for an evening cruise. As you can see, we had an awesome time with all five of our grand kids!! Everyone is already talking about next year!
