We liked the EV plug. Beds were comfortable. Matthew was quick to respond when we had questions. The kitchen was well equipped. We liked the Google nest system. Great place to visit.

Matthew the host is really quite modest in his description. The property itself is bling. In its entirety. Breathtaking seems not descriptive enough. Its approximation to everything is literally ground zero. It’s like it was built first and then everything else in the city was built around it. If I had negatives that was forced to list I would say the can opener was not electric. True but does they really count. Perhaps more towels could have been available but after all it was 4 guys so we just did a load of wash. But water pressure was amazing. Always had enough hot water even with 4 of us. Quiet and quaint neighborhood. Ridiculously easy access. Immediate response from the host- every time. Amazing appliances and kitchen Most comfortable beds ever. Seriously. Ever. In summary Roger Waters sang it best “I have become comfortably numb “. There is a 100% chance we will want this property when we come for the conference this time next year. Matthew my bro- keep the light on for us. You sir are literally the very best that VRBO has to offer.

Even the Bougie Ones were Impressed!

This house was perfect for our girls' trip - five women, including three who are pretty bougie and not always the easiest to impress - and we all loved it. The house is gorgeous with beautiful views, and while it felt cozy and inviting, there was plenty of space when someone wanted a little extra quite time. I'm a details person, and I could tell the owner is too. Everything was thoughtfully done - from makeup towels to a steamer for clothes, computer monitors if you need to get some work done, and even bath goodies for the big soaking tub (which one of us enjoyed!). The kitchen had top-of-the-line appliances for those who love to cook, towels were big and soft (not those over-bleached scratchy ones), and the beds - SO COMFY! We all kept saying how great we slept. The couch was perfect for lounging, too. Matthew was amazing - super responsive and helpful, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. I had a little trouble finding some info on my app but he got back to me right away. The location is also on point. It's tucked up a hill in a peaceful area, but just down the street, you've got restaurants, bars, and lounges. We hit up a bunch and had the best time! If we had one minor complaint, it would be the one-ply toilet paper - but honestly, in the grand scheme of things, not a big deal at all. Everything else was top-notch. Highly recommend this place if you're traveling with a group and want to stay somewhere beautiful, comfortable, and close to some fun.

San Diego Graduation Celebration Trip

The house was awesome. Just wanted our family needed for a much deserved sunny California getaway. Everyone enjoyed their own spaces and the outdoor space was icing on the cake. This was definitely California living with great Mountain views. Our location was close to all our activities- Legoland, Zoo and Balboa Park but most importantly the airport. We have a wonderful time in San Diego and cannot wait to return. Thanks for making our stay comfortable, safe and enjoyable.

Would absolutely recommend

our stay was absolutely amazing! We unfortunately were only able to stay for one night wish we could’ve stayed forever! The beds are unbelievably comfortable. Plenty of storage space for clothes etc if you’re staying for longer than we did. You’re in close proximity to literally everything downtown San Diego the views are amazing. The home felt super safe with a gate locked and front door locked. Place was super clean 10/10 would recommend! If you’re bringing a little one like us being two safety gates for the stairs!! Thanks for this amazing stay.

Beautiful Home!

The house is exactly as it appears online, maybe even better! Clean, comfortable beds, and fully stocked with anything you would need. Close to everything in SD, beautiful quiet neighborhood. Matt was wonderful to work with and we Definitley plan on coming back soon for another stay.

Beautiful Home and Beautiful Location

I booked this place for a family trip to San Diego. From the moment we walked in we were amazed on the layout, the interior design, how clean it was and spacious. The view was a bonus. The beds were super comfortable and there was so many and amenities. It had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend. Our host was very helpful from beginning to end. He was super responsive and answer any question I had. Especially when one of my family members left personal items behind and he was willing to ship them to us.

Beautiful hidden oasis

All the photos on posted on VRBO for this beautiful home are exactly as presented in real life. It is quaintly located central to all directions you'd want to head towards and very close to the freeway and airport. You barely hear the planes take off but you do get a lovely view of them taking off or landing. Matt, the host, provided the most professional and comforting experience. The attention and attentiveness really made this experience rated up there to the 5* hotels. There is everything you'd need for stay. We brought our fur baby with us and there were bowls, treats and blankets available ready to use. The kitchen is also fully stocked with all you'd need for cooking a meal in. Did I mention Matt provides a PS4 AND Xbox too? The entertainment system is ready for any movie to stream and sounds to match a cinema. The patio is beautiful and such a vibe! We found ourselves enjoying some time on the swing chairs too. We really enjoyed our stay at the Ventana Vista location and will be rebooking again on our next trip to SD.

Absolutely stunning!

We were in town for a quick visit for my son. He is doing his college internship there. This house will not disappoint it is absolutely beautiful. Bed are comfortable, living room is relaxing after a long day of apartment looking!! The location was perfect for us, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Communication with Matthew was quick and easy. Highly recommend this lux home. I will definitely stay here again when I visit.

Christmas house

Very pretty property, light and clean. A bit of a challenge to find the key in the dark, but did. Only one full bath for that many bedrooms could be an issue for a larger group. The house was perfect for what we needed, christmas dinners with family who lived in the area. Matt was always quick to answer any questions we had. Glad we found the house at the last minute. thanks
