The floor was wet, like they had a flood.. The toilet did not flush correctly. The door latch(above the knob) was RIPPED off the wall, and sitting in the corner.

I enjoyed the make up of the room. Had a microwave, the fridge, and TV all on one central location. I think an extra set of towels would help but overall I was satisfied with the stay and the price. Will definitely use again. Thank you

Nice rooms overall, some stains on carpet and tile. Beds were comfy, but pillows grossly undersized. Breakfast very scant. Dry cereal, sweet rolls, juice, coffee. The addition of fruit and a waffle would be nice for the hotel to consider adding.

There were alot of smokers in the nonsmoking rooms area.

After being out all day we got back to the hotel and we needed toilet paper and towels the used towels were still in the rest room, and the floor wasn't vacuumed, we asked for toilet paper and towels in the morning and the guy at the front desk said we had to wait four more hours.never again will we stay there.

I accept that this is an inexpensive place. We stayed there 4 nights. Returning after being out all day, I found the door to our room was left open by one inch. We rushed inside to see that nothing was taken. The room was clean and nothing was taken. Our assumption was that the cleaning person did not close the door after cleaning. I went to the lobby and told them about the incident. He tried to imply that it was my fault. And implied that I was negligent when we left the room. That pissed me off and he knew it. Then he stated that he would make sure that the cleaning staff make sure that the door was closed after they left the room. The next day the same thing happened. Returning that evening, the door was left open again. I figure that the cleaning staff was either vindictive, incompetent or were never told about the incident. So I complained and wanted another room. It was ok after that. Also, their breakfast serves 3-day old pastry and lousy coffee. So be warned about that.

The price was right but they advertised breakfast but the juice machine didn’t work there was only dry cereal and a few muffins to choose from . We were on the second floor and the noise from thre upstairs went until after 3:00 in the morning even after reporting to the office at midnight. It felt like the ceiling was going to cave in at any minute. I definitely will not stay there again!

New rooms. Very comfortable.,wish they provided liquis shower soap. Do not need small bottles of shampoo/conditioner, conditioner, and lotion.....I'm bald.

for 20 or 30 dollars more I could have gotten a great room at another nearby hotel, it was a non-smoking room and yet it smelled like an ash tray.

The bed sheets were dirty and blood stained. When calling the front desk to have them replaced, their response was they did not have additional sheets nor any housekeeping staff. Do not stay here. This place should be reported and not allow anyone to stay here.

The hotel was clean and that means a lot, the freeway which is not the hotels doing, is just a poor design by the state to get to the hotel. Fully recommend this hotel to others.

Check in was fast and convenient. The staff changed our room as we required a room away from freeway traffic noise.
